Pay by bank transfer (SEPA)

At checkout you can pay by card or by SEPA bank transfer. Card is instant and your service provisions automatically. Bank transfer suits customers who prefer not to use a card; it activates once the money arrives.

How bank transfer works

• Choose Bank transfer (SEPA) at checkout. We show you the account details and a payment reference, which is your invoice number.
• Send the transfer from your bank, using that reference exactly so we can match your payment.
• When the transfer arrives we mark the invoice paid and your service is set up. SEPA transfers inside the EU usually take about one business day.

Card vs bank transfer

If you want your VPS or game server right now, pay by card: it provisions in minutes with no waiting. Bank transfer is the right choice when you would rather pay from your bank account; just expect a short wait for the transfer to clear.

Renewals

Invoices for renewals work the same way. You can pay each renewal by card or bank transfer. Keep using the invoice number as the reference so payments match automatically.
