A contract is formed when you complete an order in the shop and we accept it, or when you accept an individual written offer by email. The shop states the exact service, resources, billing period and final total before you pay, and the order confirmation repeats them. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal information and the statutory model withdrawal form are published in full at Right of withdrawal, are shown again at checkout before payment, and are sent with the order confirmation in text form.Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt. Verbrauchern im Sinne des § 13 BGB steht ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht zu. For an accepted self-managed service, the customer is responsible for credentials, software, content, licensing and backups except where the order confirmation expressly assigns a task to us. The Acceptable Use Policy applies to every accepted service.Bei einer angenommenen selbstverwalteten Leistung ist der Kunde für Zugangsdaten, Software, Inhalte, Lizenzen und Backups verantwortlich, soweit die Auftragsbestätigung eine Aufgabe nicht ausdrücklich uns zuweist. Für jede angenommene Leistung gilt die Nutzungsrichtlinie.

5. Service-specific terms5. Leistungsspezifische Bedingungen

Services are billed in advance for the period you choose - monthly, quarterly, every six months or yearly - and there is no minimum term beyond the period you have paid for. You can cancel by email at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and stops the next renewal. Deletion, refunds, service levels, credits and liability follow the accepted order confirmation and mandatory law. No general SLA or service-credit schedule applies.Leistungen werden für den gewählten Zeitraum im Voraus abgerechnet - monatlich, vierteljährlich, halbjährlich oder jährlich - und es gibt keine Mindestlaufzeit über den bezahlten Zeitraum hinaus.
