Point your domain to your service

Three ways to get a domain pointing at your service, depending on what you're running.

Web hosting

Add the domain

In your web panel at web.overnight.host, add your domain to your account.

Point DNS

At your registrar, set an A record to the IP shown in the panel (or use our nameservers if provided).

Wait & secure

DNS propagates within minutes to a few hours; SSL is issued automatically.

VPS or game server

Create an A record pointing your domain (or a subdomain like play.yourdomain.com) to your server IP. For a game server you can also use an SRV record so players don't have to type a port.

Register or transfer with us

We offer domains across 15 TLDs from the storefront — search and register at checkout, and they sit alongside your hosting in one account. Transfers in are welcome too.

Not sure which record to use? Email [email protected] with your domain and service and we'll send the exact values.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How long does DNS take?

Usually minutes, sometimes up to a few hours depending on your registrar's TTL.

Can players connect without typing a port?

Yes — use an SRV record for the game, or ask support and we'll help set it up.

Do you provide SSL?

Web hosting issues SSL automatically. On a VPS you control your own (e.g. Let's Encrypt) — our guides cover it.

Still stuck?

We answer real emails fast — no ticket maze.
