Every server on the game control panel — Game Starter through Game Ultra, and the Voice server — currently includes one backup slot. You create it yourself from the panel's Backups screen, and you restore it yourself from the same screen. Where that backup actually livesWo dieses Backup tatsächlich liegt

That backup slot is stored on the same server node as your game files — not on a second machine, and not off-site. It's genuinely useful against your own mistakes: a plugin update that breaks your world, a bad config edit, a mod that corrupts a save. It does not protect you against a hardware failure of the node itself, because the backup and the live server would go down together. One slot, not a rolling historyEin Slot, keine fortlaufende Historie

You get one slot per server, not several days of history. A new backup replaces the old one rather than stacking on top of it — plan for "the copy I made right before I did something risky", not for a timeline you can step back through. That matters more the bigger your world gets: an Elite or Ultra server carrying a large modded world has more to lose, and the same single slot as a Starter.Du bekommst einen Slot pro Server, keine mehrtägige Historie. Why only one slotWarum nur ein Slot

A backup isn't free capacity: it lives on the same disk as your server's own files, so every slot a plan carries comes out of the same pool that holds everyone's live data on that node. Advertising more slots than the node can actually keep would mean promising space we don't have. One honestly-provided slot beats a bigger number we can't back up on request, so that's the number we publish.Ein Backup ist keine kostenlose Kapazität: Es liegt auf derselben Festplatte wie die Dateien deines Servers, also stammt jeder Slot, den ein Tarif mitbringt, aus demselben Pool, der die Live-Daten aller Kunden auf diesem Node hält. What to do yourselfWas du selbst tun solltest

Three habits cover most of the gap:Drei Gewohnheiten schließen den größten Teil der Lücke:

• Take a fresh backup from the panel right before any plugin, mod or version update, and before a wipe or a big config change.Erstelle im Panel ein frisches Backup direkt vor jedem Plugin-, Mod- oder Versions-Update sowie vor einem Wipe oder einer größeren Config-Änderung.

Moving from a VPS you managed yourselfUmzug von einem selbst verwalteten VPS

If you're used to running your own game server on a VPS with a cron job and a backup script, the panel's one slot will feel thinner at first — you had as much history as your disk and your script allowed. The trade is the one you made by moving to a managed plan: no server to patch or reboot yourself, at the cost of a simpler, smaller backup story. If that trade doesn't sit right for a particular server, a VPS with your own backup routine (see the VPS guides in this library) is still the more flexible option; the panel is built for convenience, not for replacing a real backup policy.Wer bisher einen eigenen Gameserver auf einem VPS mit Cronjob und Backup-Skript betrieben hat, wird den einen Slot des Panels zunächst als dünner empfinden — dort gab es so viel Historie, wie Festplatte und Skript hergaben. What's not available todayWas es heute nicht gibt

There's no separate backup add-on for a game or voice server right now, and no option to buy extra slots or an off-site copy. The weekly off-node backup some VPS plans offer is a VPS-only add-on and doesn't extend to Game or Voice. If you need more than the panel gives you, your own downloaded copy is the only extra layer available today.Für Game- oder Voice-Server gibt es aktuell kein separates Backup-Add-on und keine Option, zusätzliche Slots oder eine externe Kopie dazuzukaufen.
